That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region: 1. amend Schedule "K" of By-law No. 21-07-1404 to incorporate the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. 2. update to the Schedules "B" and "M" of By-law No. 21- 07-1404 to update the Health and Safety and Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention Policies. 3. approve the closure of the municipal office on Thursday, October 26, 2023 for the annual staff training day.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the granting of a one-year extension to the Draft Plan of Subdivision and Conditions of Draft Approval for Wren Subdivision (County File 47T93005).

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region adopt a by-law to amend the Committee of Adjustment Terms of Reference as amended and appoint a new Secretary- Treasurer.

That the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region pass a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Water and Ice Rescue Agreement with the City of Pembroke and direct staff to include the additional operating cost in the 2024 Budget.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the issuance of a letter of support letter of support and budget for any resources needed to be included in the 2024 Budget proposal for a pilot program including public charging stations and electronic ride share vehicles in September 2023.
