That Council of The Township of Whitewater Region approve the closed session minutes of February 5, and February 13, 2025 and the regular session minutes of February 19, 2025 minutes, understand that the closed session minutes remain confidential.

That the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the proposed policy Property Tax Adjustments - Section 357(1)(d)(ii) Damaged and Substantially Unusable for property tax adjustments under Section 357 of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001, as presented.

That the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the amendments made to the Tax Billing & Collection Policy and the Utility Billing & Collection Policy.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region receive the 2024 Statement of Council Remuneration and Expenses Paid for information purposes.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a zoning amendment to the parcel that was subject to a severance through Consent File D-10-243, described as Westmeath Concession 8 EML, Part of Lot 15, known municipally as 1539 Hawthorne Road and 1878 Pleasant Valley Rd, from Agriculture (A) to Agriculture – Exception 76 (A-E76) and Agriculture – Exception 78 (A-E78).

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of Tender 2025-05 Pavement Markings to A1 Carp Pavement Marking Limited at a cost of $43,554.30 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.

That the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a one-year extension (Year 6 - April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026) to Miller Waste Services Inc., at a total cost of $428,571.90 inclusive of non-refundable HST.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an amending Agreement with the Snow Country Snowmobile Association to extend the term of the lease agreement at 2272 Mineview Road through to April 30, 2026.

That the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region nominate Manager of Public Works Lane Cleroux to: • participate in the Municipal Staff Committee created by Local Authority Services (LAS), or • be assigned as the Whitewater Region liaison, for a partnering member on the LAS Municipal Staff Committee to develop a business case for potentially establishing a joint municipal services corporation (JMSC) for water and wastewater. That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region support the letter dated September 20, 2024 by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, regarding the Ontario Deposit Return Program; and further that a copy of this Resolution be sent to the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, Andrea Khanjin; the Minister of Finance, Peter Bethlenfalvy; the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO); our local Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP); and all Ontario Municipalities.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region support the County of Renfrew's resolution regarding the Robbie Dean Family Counselling Centre seeking funding from the Minister of Health to expand their vital mental health services in Renfrew County. And further that this resolution be forwarded to the MPP, and all Municipalities in Renfrew County.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region direct staff to issue the response letter regarding the Aggregate Resource Act License Application #626654.

Be it resolved that the By-laws be listed on the March 5, 2025 agenda, be taken as read and passed.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region extend the meeting as per section 9 of the procedural by-law until 4:30 p.m.
