Special Council

Be it resolved that By-law 20-08-1310, being a by-law to amend the zoning for the property described as Part of Lot 16, Westmeath Concession EFC, Lacroix Bay Road, in order to restrictfuture development (land severances), and that By-law 20-08-1311, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a development agreement with Nelson Ellie Gervais with respect to the implementation of the reverse osmosis water system, be taken as read and passed.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region direct that public notice be given for the potential commemorative Special Council Meeting 5:00 P.M. August 5, 2020 Minutes Page 2 of 4 naming of the Band Shell at Veterans Memorial Park in honour of Patsy Moore.

Be it resolved that By-law 20-08-1312, being a by-law to declare the property legally described as Part Lot 15 & 29, Plan 66, Whitewater, Part 1 on Plan 49R-19580, surplus to the Township’s needs and authorize its sale to Renata Leigh Sharpe, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 20-08-1313, being a by law to appoint members to the Whitewater Region Seniors & Older Adult Task Force, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 20-08-1314, being a by-law to authorize a debenture by-law for the 2020 John Deer Excavator, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 20-08-1315, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a one-year Rental Agreement with the CCHL Tier 2 Hockey Club, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 20-08-1316, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its Special Meeting of August 5, 2020, be taken as read and passed.
