That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region: 1. Direct staff to reinstate, when safe to do so, the former streetscaping features along main street Cobden; 2. Approve Option 2 for bench replacement in main street locations in the township's other villages and hamlets; and 3. Direct staff to report back on bench options for beaches and parks prior to the 2021 budget process.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the cost containment measures outlined in this report.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of Tender 2020-04 to Elliott Farm Equipment Ltd. Pembroke, for the purchase of a 2020 Votex Jumbo Frontline 230 at a cost of $31,800.00 including non-refundable H.S.T.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of Tender 2020-05 to Road Maintenance Equipment & Services Inc. for the purchase of a 2020 RMES Slip-in SIT2600 at a cost of $31,057.15 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of Tender 2020-06 to Brant Tractor Ltd. - Ottawa for the purchase of a 2020 John Deere 190GW at a cost of $394,004.54 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region: 1. Approve the award of Tender 2020-02 for Fuel Supply to W.O. Stinson & Sons Ltd. 2. Authorize the Manager of Public Works to negotiate with W.O. Stinson & Sons Ltd. for a fuel cardlock system at an upset cost of $75,000 to be funded from the Capital Reinvestment Reserve.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the single-source award of the following projects to Dillon Consulting Limited at a total cost of $85,000 plus HST: • Project A: Detailed operational review of the Parks and Recreation department, including asset management review of two arenas (condition assessment); and • Project B: Asset management planning for the five Fire Stations and condition assessment of three Public Works garages.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region receive this report for information purposes as it relates to the 2019 Year End Reserves Balance.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the minutes from March 4, 2020.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the special minutes of March 18, 2020.

Be it resolved that By-law 20-04-1288, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its Special Meetings of April 8 and April 15, 2020, be taken as read and passed.
