1. That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region consider the following: Special Council Minutes December 5, 2018 Page 1 of 3 a. Standing Committees’ terms of reference & appointments recommended by the Mayor b. Appointments to outside organizations, task forces & boards recommended by the Mayor c. Housekeeping amendments to the Procedural By-law d. Appointments to the Property Standards Committee and Committee of Adjustment, and e. Dissolution of certain bodies; 2. That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the creation of a Seniors & Older Adult Task Force with direction to the Council appointee and CAO/Clerk-Treasurer to develop Terms of Reference for Council’s consideration; and 3. That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the 2019 Council Meeting Calendar and 2019 Budget Schedule.
