That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve an amendment to the zoning category of the property described as Westmeath Concession 3 EML N, Part of Lot 14, and known municipally as 2370 Zion Line, from “Agriculture (A) Zone” to the “Agriculture - Exception Forty-Six (A-E46) Zone”.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region award Tender # 2022-14 Supply and Installation of New Chain-Link Fence and Minor Fence Repairs Option 1 to M&R Feeds Micksburg at a submitted price of $8,249.00 (inclusive of HST).

And further that Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the submission of the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) 2022–23 federal grant.
