That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of Tender 2022-07 Sand Screening to Buchanan's Sand and Gravel at a cost of $32,970.24 inclusive of non- refundable H.S.T.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of Tender 2022-08 Gravel Crushing to 902474 Ontario Limited o/a Do-all Construction at a cost of $125,775.36 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve: 1. The award of Tender 2022-09 Pappin Road Surfacing - Option 'A' to Greenwood Paving (Pembroke) Ltd. at a cost of $162,282.13 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.; Regular Council Minutes June 22, 2022 Page 7 of 15 2. The award of Tender 2022-10 Sturgeon Mountain Road Surfacing - Option 'B' to Greenwood Paving (Pembroke) Ltd. at a cost of $333,977.79 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the Township's portion of the County of Renfrew's tender PWC-2022-07 Rehabilitation of County Road 7 (Foresters Falls Road) Option 1 Part B, at a cost of $252,870.06 including Non-refundable H.S.T.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region direct staff to include for consideration in the 2023 budget process the livestock culvert replacement in the vicinity of 415 Rapid Road.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Renfrew County ATV Club.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve proceeding with the process to stop up, close and sell a portion of the Union Cemetery Road Allowance for those lands abutting 16453 and 16464 Highway 17, former Township of Ross, with the benefitting landowners responsible for all costs, including legal, survey, registration and advertising.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region extend the meeting until 7 o'clock.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region: 1. Approve a delayed opening for ice operations at the Beachburg Arena to at least the first quarter of 2023, subject to required budget approval for any necessary temporary or permanent capital work to ensure the safe operation of the building, specifically related to the plant room structure. Direct staff to report back prior to the 2023 budget on all required capital works for the Beachburg Arena for the immediate term and beyond, including the roof, plant room, ice plant, ice slab, boards, septic, and any other components that require lifecycle work or replacement for the efficient and safe operation of the facility for indoor ice.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region extend the meeting past the three hour curfew as per Section 11.2 of the procedural by-law.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the entering into a Site Plan Agreement with Gordon Huckabone to permit the redevelopment of 16002 Highway 17, subject to the final approval by the Planner/EDO.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve an amendment to the zoning category of the property located at 458 Greenway Drive, from “Waterfront Vicinity (WV) Zone” to “Waterfront Vicinity - Exception Fifty-Eight (WV-E58) Zone”, to only permit the extension of the development completion term from one year to two and a half years.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region postpone until September 21, 2022 the zoning by-law amendment intended to permit the conversion of the existing garage into a two-bedroom bunk house each with a bathroom on the subject property, in order for the Township to examine more comprehensively through the Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review policies relating to short-term rental accommodations. That Council of the Township of Whitewater region support the request from the Beachburg Agricultural Society for no objection for the beer garden at the Beachburg Fair on July 22 to the 24, 2022.

Be it resolved that the by-laws listed on the June 22, 2022 agenda be taken as read and passed.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region move in to closed session at 1:30 p.m. as permitted under Section 9 of the Procedural Bylaw to discuss employee negotiations and personal matters about an identifiable individual - CAO Selection, with the CAO/Deputy Clerk and Treasurer/Deputy CAO remaining in the room.
