That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region authorize the Treasurer, through section 357/358 of the Municipal Act, 2001, to process the cancellation, reduction, or refunds of property taxes for certain properties in the amount of $3,690.72 for years 2017-2020.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of RFP 2021-27 to Jp2G Consultants Inc. for the completion of a Flood Risk Assessment at a total cost of $68,972.93 inclusive of non-refundable H.S.T.

That Council direct staff to prepare for the opening of the Tourist Booth in the event that the Province moves to Step 2 of the Roadmap to Reopen anticipated for July 2, 2021.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region receive this report for information purposes.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region authorize the entering into a Site Plan Agreement with Elo Martin to govern the use of a commercial breeding kennel and domestic animal boarding facility.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the designation of the following lands as not subject to Part- Lot Control, being Part of Lot 328 of Plan 65, John Street.

That Council of the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the acceptance and dedication as a public highway the lands described as Parts 4 and 5 of Plan 49R-19707 to form part of Westross Road.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve that a Land Acknowledgement be read at Council meetings beginning in July 2021 immediately following the Call to Order; and further, that it be added to the Township's website.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region: 1. Approve the Road Naming Policy; Regular Council Minutes June 16, 2021 Page 5 of 9 2. Direct staff to inform the property owners on Indian Road of a potential renaming; 3. Direct staff to inform the property owners on Gypsy Lane of a potential renaming; 4. Direct staff to inform the property owners on Meadow Drive in Beachburg of a potential renaming.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the Use of Corporate Vehicle Policy.

Regular Council Minutes June 16, 2021 Page 6 of 9 Whereas, the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) represents the interests of member municipalities on policy and program matters that fall within federal jurisdiction; Be it Resolved that the Township of Whitewater Region endorse Councillor Neil Nicholson to put his name forward for FCM Committee Appointments for the period starting in June 2021 and ending at the AGM in 2022.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region extend the meeting beyond the 7:45 time limit.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the regular minutes of June 2, 2021.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the closed session minutes of June 2, 2021, understanding that they remain confidential.

Be it resolved that the by-laws listed on the June 16, 2021 agenda be taken as read and passed.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region move into closed session at 7:47 p.m. as permitted under Section 9 of the Procedure By-law with staff participating in the meeting to discuss a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land (CN lands).
