That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the 2020 Audited Financial Statements prepared by MacKillican & Associates and accept the Management Letter for information purposes.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the 2021 budget amendments based on additional Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund and the Federal Gas Tax Top Up funds announced.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the write off of taxes for the four properties owned by the Ministry of Northern Development & Mines.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the Flooding Readiness Plan as a component of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Program.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region direct staff to retain the portion of land described as Block K, Plan 466, for the purposes of the developing a future pathway, to undertake maintenance of the trees in 2021 and include the project in the 2022 Capital Budget.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the commemorative naming of the new parkette at the corner of Gore Line and Westmeath Road as Boyer- Laderoute Park in honour of the family with historical significance to the township.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region adopt the Seniors Community Needs Assessment and Age Friendly Community Plan as a guiding document.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the WWR Seniors Home Support and Active Living Pilot funded by the Province of Ontario Inclusive Community Grants.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region appoint Terms of Reference and appointments to the Westmeath Recreation Task Force.

Whereas, the Township of Whitewater Region modified landfill fees and users have expressed concerns with increases and affordability; Whereas, a study is underway to maximize the useful life of the landfill and look at site improvements; Therefore be it resolved that Council of the Township of Whitewater Region direct staff to prepare a report on the feasibility of introducing weight scales at the landfill in 2021 and how such a project would be funded.
