That Environmental Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region adopt the 2019 Annual Reports for the following drinking water systems: 1) Beachburg Drinking Water System 2) Cobden Drinking Water System3) Haley Drinking Water System

That Environmental Services Committee receive this report for information purposes as a summary of sewer infrastructure implemented improvements and/or opportunities within the Village of Cobden.

That Environmental Services Committee recommend the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by-law to enter into Amended Municipal Hazardous & Special Waste (MHSW) Service Agreements with Stewardship Ontario (SO) and Automotive Material Stewardship (AMS) to continue receiving funding following MHSW Program wind-down.

That General Government Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact by-laws to establish the revised Health & Safety, Workplace Violence & Harassment Prevention, and Organizational Structure Policies.

Be it resolved that the following by-laws be taken as read and passed: • By-law 20-03-1273, being a by-law to confirm the Proceeding s of Council Regular Council Minutes March 4, 2020 Page 5 of 8 • By-law 20-03-1274, being a by-law to adopt Terms of Reference for Council Standing Committees • By-law 20-03-1275, being a by-law to authorize the entering into an agreement with Snow Country Snowmobile Region for the leasing of municipal property located at 2272 Mineview Road (old Mineview Garage) • By-law 20-03-1276, being a by-law to appoint an Acting Fire Chief for the Township of Whitewater Region.
