That Development & Planning Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by- law for the property described as Part of Lot 17, Ross Concession 3; Olmstead-Jeffrey Lake Road, in order to modify the zoning category of two portions of the subject parcel from: • “Limited Service Residential (LSR) Zone” and “Rural (RU) Zone” to “Rural - Exception Forty (RU-E40) Zone”; and • “Limited Service Residential (LSR) Zone” to “Limited Service Residential - Exception Five (LSR-E5) Zone”.

That Development & Planning Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by- law for the property described as Part of Lot 10, Westmeath Concession East Front C, Lacroix Bay Road, in order to restrict any buildings or structures other than boat docking and launching facilities.

That General Government Committee receive this report for information purposes as it pertains to the Management Letter received from the 2019 procedural audit.

That General Government Committee receive this report for information purposes as it relates to the expired lease for the ‘old’ garage located at 2272 Mineview Road with the Snow Country Snowmobile Region.

That General Government Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by-law to appoint Laura Bennett to fill a vacancy on the Whitewater Region Public Library Board for the term ending November 14, 2022.

That Recreation & Tourism Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by-law to enter into an agreement with Cathy Horner-Bullpen Canteen for the operation of the canteen at the Beachburg Arena for an additional five-year term.

That Recreation & Tourism Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the Public Skating schedule for the duration of the 2019-2020 ice season.

That Recreation & Tourism Committee recommend Council approve the emergency repair of the septic system at the Westmeath Arena and Fire Hall.
