That Committee of Adjustment deem the decision made on December 12, 2018 void due to the defect in the Notice of Committee of Adjustment Minutes March 20, 2019 Page 1 of 2 Decision; and That Committee of Adjustment refuse the minor variance application for the property legally described as Part Lot 14, Concession North Front A, Westmeath for the building size and setback, relief form the Ottawa River Floodplain and the Provincially Significant Wetland, as it does not conform to the County of Renfrew's Official Plan and the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the high water mark.

That Committee of Adjustment approve the Minor Variance submitted by Kenneth Bowman for the property located at 2607 Grants Settlement Road, granting relief from Section 3.24 (c)(i) to reduce the Minimum Distance Separation (MDS) from 83 metres to 45 metres between the proposed 2,880 square feet barn addition and closest dwelling.
