Special Council Minutes November 22, 2017 Page 1 of 3 That By-law 17-11-1011, being a by-law to appoint a Fire Chief for the Whitewater Region Fire Department and a Community Emergency Management Coordinator for the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region, be taken as read and passed.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region direct the planning consultant with regard to the submission of mapping modifications to Schedule “A” of OPA #11, as directed by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs: 1. to include a covering letter which expresses Council of the Township of Whitewater Region's concerns about the re-designation of certain lands from “Waterfront” to “Agriculture” and “Mineral Aggregate”; and 2. to include a request for a Notice of Decision to be circulated to the Township of Whitewater Region and affected property owners in a list to be provided with the submission.
