That Building & Property Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact by-laws to enter into the necessary development agreements and to remove the holding zone on the property legally described as Part Lots 12 & 13, Concession 12, Geographic Township of Ross, now in the Township of Whitewater Region.

That Community Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enter into an agreement with the Muskrat Watershed Council to allow advertising at boat launches for a renewable five-year period.

That Economic Development & Tourism Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a CIP Phase 1 Facade Parking, sign Grant for the property situated at 81 Pembroke Street (Cobden) in the amount of $6,825.00.

That Physical Services Committee receive this report on the award and sole sourcing of a new structure to replace the existing Cobden salt shed at an estimated cost of $55,000.00 under delegated authority.

That Physical Services Committee receive this report for information purposes as it relates to the Cobden Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades – Membrane Selection with direction to proceed with H2O membrane system.

That Physical Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region accept the 2018-2019 Haley Drinking Water System Inspection Report as prepared by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP).

Be it resolved that the following by-laws be taken as read and passed: • By-law 18-11-1112, being a by-law to amend By-law 23- 92 of the former Corporation of Ross Township to remove the holding symbol for certain lands on Voyageur Bay and Pettigrew Road (Kowalski) • By-law 18-11-1113, being a by-law to to authorize the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region to enter into a Development Agreement with Joseph Kowalski (B37/18) • By-law 18-11-1114, being a by-law to authorize the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region to enter into a Development Agreement with Joseph Kowalski (B38/18).

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a tile drain loan application for Keith and Karen Black in the amount of $2,800 pending funding from Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs for approximately 10 acres on 2056 Kerr Line.
