That Building & Property Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a development agreement with Kirk and Janis Tracey.

That Building & Property Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by- law to enter into site plan agreement with GlassHouse Botanics Inc.

That Community Service Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by-law to enter into a shared use agreement with the Beachburg Agricultural Society.

That Community Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the emergency repair of the accessibility ramp at the Westmeath Community Hall at an upset limit of $12,000 to be funded from the Accessibility Reserve.

That Economic Development & Tourism Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a CIP Phase 1 Signage Improvement Grant for the property situated at 78 Pembroke Street in the amount of $1,000.

Be it resolved that the following by-laws be taken as read and passed: • By-law 18-05-1070, being a by-law to to provide for the adoption of 2018 Tax Rates, Special Area Rates (Street Light) and to further provide for penalty and interest in default of payment • By-law 18-05-1071, to authorize the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region to enter into a Development Agreement with Kirk and Janis Tracey • By-law 18-05-1072, to deem Lots 498, Plan 86, 2 Ross Street, Geographic Village of Cobden, in the Township of Whitewater Region, not to be registered • By-law 18-05-1073, being a by-law to declare 20-22 Robertson Road surplus to the Township of Whitewater Region’s needs, and authorize their sale to Lanark Renfrew Health & Community Services • By-law 18-05-1074, to authorize the execution of a shared use agreement with the Beachburg Agriculture Society
