That Corporate Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact by-laws to adopt the 2018 Tax Supported Budget, the 2018 Water/Sewer Budgets and the 2018 User Fees and Charges.

That Corporate Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the 2018 Meeting Calendar, including the closure of the office on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and an all-staff training day on April 12, 2018.

That Physical Services Committee receive this report for information purposes.

That Physical Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by-law to authorize the entering into an amending agreement for the New Building Canada Fund (NBCF) – Small Communities Fund (SCF) with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

That Physical Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by-law to authorize the Mayor and CAO/Clerk to enter into a Clean Water and Wastewater Fund (Ontario) Transfer Payment Agreement for the grant received to replace the Cobden Water Treatment Plant Generator.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-12-1012, being a by-law to establish the Sale and Disposition of Land Policy, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-12-1013, being a by-law to appoint Council and a Secretary-Treasurer to Committee of Adjustment (2018), be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-12-1014, being a by-law to provide for the remuneration of members of Council of the Township of Whitewater Region, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-12-1015, being an Employment By-law for the Township Officers and Staff for the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-12-1016, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a New Building Canada Fund (NBCF) – Small Communities Fund (SCF) first amending agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, be taken as read and passed.

That By-law 17-12-1017, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer Payment Agreement under the Clean Water and Wastewater Fund (Ontario) for the Cobden Water Treatment Plant Generator, be taken as read and passed.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the regular minutes of November 15, 2017 and the special meeting minutes of November 22 and 29, 2017.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the closed session minutes of November 15, 2017 understanding that they remain confidential.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-12-1018, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meetings of November 22 and 29, 2017 and December 6, 2017 be taken as read and passed.
