That Corporate Services Committee consider the 2017 Draft Cobden Wastewater Budget and recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region enact a by-law to adopt the 2017 Draft User-Pay Budget (Water and Wastewater).

That Corporate Services Committee recommend Council of the Township of Whitewater Region repeal By-law 15-10- 820 to terminate the lease with 4Wire Telecom Services Inc. effective May 15, 2017.

Be it Resolved that By-law 17-05-944, being a by-law to authorize the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region to enter into a Rental Agreement with the CCHL Tier 2 Hockey Club, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-04-945, being a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement between Municipal Automotive Materials Services and the Corporation of Township of Whitewater Region, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-05-946, being a by-law to authorize civil marriage solemnization services by the Township of Whitewater Region, be taken as read and passed.

Be it resolved that By-law 17-05-947, being a by-law to repeal By-law 15-10-820 and terminate the Westmeath Office Lease Agreement with 4Wire Telecom Services Inc., be taken as read and passed.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region authorize the request from the 1st Cobden Cubs and Beavers for three projects at the Veterans Memorial Park in Cobden.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a one-year pilot project using summer staff in addition to dedicated volunteers to support the existing tourism booth at Veterans Memorial Park in Cobden.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a one-year pilot project using summer staff to support the existing municipal campground located at Veterans Memorial Park in Cobden.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region direct staff to apply for a liquor license for the upstairs community hall at the Cobden Astrolabe Arena.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the Status Report prepared by Jp2g Consultants Inc. for the Cobden Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrades.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region hire a summer student for 2017 at the request of Jarred Steege.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve awarding a five-year contract ($5405.50 annually plus per diems) to Advantage Data Collection for the inspection of Regular Council Minutes May 3, 2017 Page 6 of 8 regulatory and warning signs for the Township of Whitewater Region.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the regular Council minutes of April 19, 2017.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the closed session minutes of April 19, 2017, understanding that they remain confidential.

That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the Committee of Adjustment minutes of August 17, 2016 and April 19, 2017.
