That the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Whitewater Region approve Minor Variance application D-13-171 for the property described known as 535 McLaren Trail granting relief from the Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 24-01-1655, to permit an accessory building with a height of approximately 8.53 metres notwithstanding the permitted maximum of 5 metres noted in Section 3.1 c).
