That the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Whitewater Region approve Minor Variance application D-13-170 for the property described as PLAN 6 BLK B PT LOT 9, 1848 Beachburg Rd granting relief from the Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 24-01-1655, provisions: Section 5.2 e) to allow a reduced exterior side yard setback of approximately 1.55 metres, notwithstanding the required minimum of 4 metres. Section 5.2 (f) to allow a rear yard depth of approximately 3.1 metres notwithstanding the required minimum rear yard depth of 7.5 metres. to permit the construction of an addition on an existing house.
