That the Committee of Adjustment remove condition 8 from the from the recommendation by Planning Staff.

That the Committee of Adjustment of the Township of Whitewater Region approve four (4) consent applications the creation of four new right-of-ways for the lands described in this report, subject to the conditions included in this report. This provisional consent decision has been made subject to the following conditions which must be, in the opinion of the Committee, substantially complied with or waived by the party requesting the condition prior to the issuing of the Certification of Consent: Conditions for D-10-294, D-10-295, D-10-296, D-10-297: That one (1) digital copy of the registered Plan of Survey in conformity with the sketch depicting the severed lands be supplied to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment. The right-of-way shall be depicted as a separate part on the plan of survey. The registered reference plan shall be provided in the Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) coordinate system, North American Datum 1983 (NAD83), in both a portable document format (PDF) copy and a digital drawing file (CAD/DWG) of the registered plan. That one (1) digital copy of the registered Plan of Survey be supplied to Alana Zadow, Renfrew County Secretary-Treasurer of the Land Division Committee ([email protected]) and that prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Consent, the County of Renfrew provide written confirmation that it has received a digital copy of the registered Plan of Survey. That the Owner of the subject lands shall pay all outstanding

That the Committee of Adjustment approve a Minor Variance application for the property described as Westmeath Concession 9 EML Part Lots; 4 and 5 RP 49R20568 Part 1, Curtis Trail, granting relief from Section 3.31 (b) to allow for an accessory building (shed) for a recreational vehicle of approximately 44.60 square metres (480 square feet).

That the Committee of Adjustment approve a Minor Variance application for the property described as Plan 45 Part of Lots 19 & 20; RP49R-9575, 48 Rapid Road, granting relief from Section 3.1 c) and Section 5.2 (c) to allow the construction of an accessory structure in the front yard and to reduce the minimum front yard setback distance from 7.5 metres (~24.6 feet) to ~3.04 metres (~10 feet) for the purpose of constructing a detached garage.
