Committee of Adjustment

That Committee of Adjustment refuse the Minor Variance submitted for the property described as 801 Rapid Road, Part of Lot 15, 16, Concession West Front E, not granting relief from Section 3.25 of Westmeath Zoning By-law No. 98- 13 to reduce the water setback from 30 metres to 15.0 metres.

That Committee of Adjustment approve the Minor Variance submitted for the property described as Part of Lot 23, Westmeath Concession North Front “A”, Thibeau Trail, granting relief from Section 19.2 (h) of Westmeath Zoning By-law No. 98-13 to reduce the minimum dwelling unit area from 65 to 26 square metres.

That the Committee of Adjustment of the Township of Whitewater Region approve two (2) consent applications, Files D-10-181 and D-10-182, for the properties described as Part of Lot 27, Ross Concession 4, Garden Lake Trail, subjectto theconditions outlined in this report.

That the Committee of Adjustment of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a consent application (File D-10- 183) for the property described as Part of Lot 11, Ross Concession 1, Stoppa Road, subject to the conditions outlined in this report.

That Committee of Adjustment approve the minutes of April 21, 2022.
