Committee of Adjustment

That Committee of Adjustment approve the Minor Variance submitted for the property located at 418 Service Road, granting relief from Section 2.90, 3.13 (b), and 3.24 (c)(iii) of Ross Zoning By-law No. 23-92 to: - permit the use of a kennel within the definition of a home industry, - increase the total floor area of a home industry, and Committee of Adjustment Minutes September 9, 2021 Page 1 of 5 - decrease the separation distance of a kennel from any lot line.

That Committee of Adjustment approve the Minor Variance submitted for the property located at 18120 Highway 17, granting relief from Section 3.25 and Section 22.2 f) of Ross Zoning By-law No. 23-92 to reduce the minimum dwelling unit area and water setback.

That the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Whitewater Region approve two (2) consent applications (Files D-10-125 and D-10-126) for the property described as Part of Lots 11 and 12, Westmeath Concession “B” C.L.F., Lachlan Lane, subject to the conditions outlined in this report.

That the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Whitewater Region approve a consent application (File D-10- 127) for the property described as Part of Lot 19, Westmeath Concession North Front “A”, Moore’s Beach Road, subject to the conditions outlined in this report.

That the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Whitewater Region approve a consent application (File D-10- 128) for the property described as Part of Lot 14, Ross Concession 10, Canal Lane, subject to the conditions outlined in this report.

That the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Whitewater Region approve a consent application (File D-10- 129) for the property described as Part of Lot 14, Ross Concession 10, Part 2 on Registered Plan 49R6439, Canal Lane, subject to the conditions outlined in this report.

That the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Whitewater Region approve a consent application (File D-10- 130) for the property described as Part of Lot 5, Ross Concession 1 E.M.L., Stella Lane, subject to the conditions outlined in this report.
