Committee of Adjustment Minutes May 13, 2021 Page 1 of 2 That Committee of Adjustment support Consent Files B12/21, B13/21 and B14/21 to allow a lot addition, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the Owner provides the Township with two (2) original copies of a registered reference (survey) plan for each Consent application. 2. That the Owner submit a geotechnical investigation relating to the karst topography for the severed parcels and any required mitigation measures are implemented through a development agreement registered on title to the affected lands.
