That Committee of Adjustment refuse the recreation vehicle variance submitted for the property described as Part of Lot 1 Concession EFB RP49R2176 Part 1 Westmeath because the Committee of Adjustment Minutes October 7, 2020 Page 1 of 3 request does not meet the intent and purpose of the Recreational Vehicle Bylaw.

That Committee of Adjustment approve the Recreational Vehicle Variance submitted for the property described as EFC Part Lot 17, Westmeath.

That Committee of Adjustment recommend refusal of Consent File B58/19 to permit a lot creation because the application does not conform with the Minimum Distance Separation (MDS) requirement established by the PPS, Official Plan and Zoning By-law.

That Committee of Adjustment support Consent Files B37/20 and B46/20 to allow residential lot additions and a legal right-of-way access, subject to the following conditions: That the Owner provides the Township with two (2) original copies of a registered reference (survey) plan for each Consent application. 1. That the Owner obtains an amendment to Zoning By-law No. 98-13, to modify the zoning category of the enlarged parcel of Consent File B37/20 from TC- E1 Zone to WV Zone. 2. That the Owner enters into a Development Agreement to satisfy requirements relating to the private road. That the Development Agreement be registered against the severed and retained parcels. That Committee of Adjustment approve the three Minor Variances, Files D-13-108, D-13-109 and D-13-110, submitted by Matt Naismith for BEI for the properties described as Part of Lot 6, Ross Concession 1 WML.
