That Committee of Adjustment approve a minor variance application for the property legally described as Part Lot 7, Concession 13, Ross, to allow a water set back of 5 metres instead of the required 20 metres with the following conditions: · A servicing options report and hydrogeologic study with nitrate impact assessment, prepared by a qualified professional, to ensure the subject lands do not flood, and that there is a building envelop that will support septic, wells and buildings. · An environmental assessment to illustrate that development will not cause negative impacts on the waterway. · Site plan control be required prior to any development, which shall include how access will be provided.
